Hello:

This person PM'd me with the following: I don't know if HE removed his posts or the moderator. I told him that we're happy to help once we understood.

OK let me tell you that I am a member of a free legal aid society and want to help my clients. I ask question on their behalf and I hope you understand that I am not playing with your site .Its just that I want to help people and give them legal advise and only for that matter I try to get as many legal opinions as possible so that I may not give an incorrect advise to people.
I apologise if I have created any kind of confusions.

I have soft deleted these posts pending clarification. This person has in the past continually misrepresented him/herself. These posts are being reviewed by some of our Admin people here.

I was PMimg with Curly about this one. One of the issues is that the person is not from North America so the questions may come from many different jurisdictions. Also it begins to feel like we are doing the person's homework.

So why didn't he/she mention that when asked? Also he/she was quite rude.

Then she should have stated that from day one.

Hello again:

Yeah, he should have... But, a lot of our people don't obey the rules. This guy doesn't look like an abuser. Let's let him back on.

This person is NOT from north america, yet his/her posts are strung out mostly along the eastern and southern states of the us. Pennsylvania, Florida, New York, Georgia to name a few.

He/she also posts one question and receives good answers, but never goes back to the original question with follow up or additional information when asked.

This person is from INDIA, why would his/her questions be centered in the US, particularly the southern and eastern states.

My feeling is that it's a form of call center and we are doing the person's work.

He/she's still on. Hasn't been banned. His/her questions are currently under review at the moment.

You know NK, I think you've hit the nail firmly on the head with this.
Would certainly explain things.

Odd, since I'm the one (I believe) who first called this to the admin's attention and I publicly called him out for an explanation, that he hasn't responded to me.

The fact that he is from India yet asks questions about US situations does make it seem like he's being paid for the answers. I would want to see more facts about this alleged legal aid society. Why not just refer people to us? Why the sneaking around posting the question as if they were his (hers)?

I agree with you, Scott. We expect the truth from other posters, why not this one too?
