Today, isn't a period day or anything, but I'm having a brown discharge, and I'm not sure why. About a week or so ago, I took the day after pill because my boyfriend and I's condom ripped. Is this a sign that it's working, that it's not working, or what? I'd really like to know what this means, could I be pregnant?

This is normal. The morning after pill can commonly cause a woman to have a period when she is not supposed to. This is caused by the large dose of hormones in the pill. Its not really a sign that its working or not working, but its just a side effect. The morning after pill reduces your chance of getting pregnant by 80%, so you have a 20% chance of being pregnant. It is unlikely that you are, but please still be cautious and aware of the fact that it is a possibility that you could be. :)
