I am trying to locate a female acquaintance who got married in the 1960's.
I know her maiden name, age, church where wed and year of marriage.
How can I locate her?

Contact the state where she got married, using her maiden name you may be able to get a copy of her marriage certificate.

Assuming she has not divorced that will also give you her husbands name.
With her and his name, you have a better chance of locating them

Try to contact the county in which she lived, and or got married and they may have a record of her marriage. Or check with the local newspaper. After you find this info out, you can go to People Finder .com , I think that is the correct www. Address and search for her. Don't be surprised if you have to pay some money to actually locate her. My sister and I actually found someone by searching on the net, but it took a lot of times and long distance phone calls, but we found them and my family, her, and my parents all loaded up and went for a visit.
