If this is a manual relite pilot (some are automatic) locate the gas control valve by following the gas line into the boiler, the gas control valve will have wires attached to it , on this valve will be a twist knob ,turn this knob and align the arrow on it to "pilot" and push in and hold in and apply a match flame to pilot and after it lites hold the knob down for one minute and then let up slowly, observe pilot ,if it stays lit then turn knob to the on position. If it does not hold in then you may have a bad thermocouple.

If this is an automatic relit then it is possible that it might be in lockout, what this is, is a safety feature ,if it does not lite in so many tries then it may be in lockout, to reset this you just kill the power to the boiler and then turn it back on. Another thing to try is look for a manual reset switch on the boiler possibly near the top, it will have a red button and say "reset" Can you see the pilot igniter and can you describe it?
Let me know if you still have problems, good luck.
