Could you please tell me the real color of that magic cream? I am very confused because some people here said that this cream really works and some were not satisfied.
What is the real score? Which is better amira magic cream or godive whitening cream?
Could you please tell me the exact price of magic cream in philippine pesos?

Thanks

pao, don't waste your money on the magic cream. The only positive reviews on this site are from the people who are selling it. Try real products like makari or godiva. Herbal inn works well too, but some people think it might be dangerous. I have had good results with the Whiterskin cream too, but Ive heard that doesn't work on all people.

A lot of people are so confused about these so called Magic creams. I will not say it doesn't work because it did work for my mom. And it was not Amira magic cream. I did my research & found out that these magic creams come from 3 different countries. KSA, Korea & China. I was able to buy this Magic cream from Korea for my mom P600 or US$6) & it worked for my mom's melasma. The pigmentation lightened so much. The problem was there was a shortage of supply. Right now, I am still waiting for word from the one supplying it. Will get back to you all as soon as I get hold of the Korean magic cream once again which I think has the best consistency, texture & results!

Sosodef... I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience with funkymommy... But I would say that, not because you had bad experience with the seller means that what she sells does not work. I've been using the Amira Magic Cream for 4 months now and I'm very happy with the result. I used to have a dark under arm because of giving birth (I guess? ). I heard about the magic cream and I tried it. I've been using it since then and I'm happy I tried it. There are lots of resellers with a good attitude where you can buy the cream. I can not speak for every body but I believe that the Magic Cream is very good based on my own experience. Funkymommy is not the only one who sells the magic cream. Try to look for another reseller and if it really did not work for you then you can tell everybody that the MAGIC CREAM does not work but until then you can not claim that it does not work.

About that lady who purchase the Magic cream from KOREA?? I have not heard about it... I know that most of the MAGIC CREAM is made in KSA. Just be careful because there are a lot of people who are selling MAGIC CREAM that is FAKE. :)

I have heard of amira magic cream here. Some say it worked for them, but some say it caused some sort of skin irritation, some thing like skin blemishes.

What happened to your underarms?

Hi there,

Amira Magic Cream Skin Whitening really work, because I purchase this item in August and I have been breaking out really badly that I got shy out and would not go to public where people are. I'm really passion about this item and it kind of sad that you would say some negative about this item. This item work like a charm. You will start notice the difference on the second or third day like it stated. It sound crazy but before I purchase a Shiseido whitening and it cost over $100.00 and it did nothing for me but I purchase the Amira Magic Cream Skin Whitening and it only cost me $35.00 and it work rite the next day when you put on it. I can feel that it working and it make my skin lighter every day. I wish I can go back and took the picture of myself where I have acnes and red and dark spot and you guy can see it really work. This item work so great that I'm authorizer deal for this item now. I'm sorry to hear that some people did not see the result. I think the best way is to buy from directly from authorizer dealer. I want to bring out the word that this item work and I'm loving it everyday. I hear that there are some fake Amira Magic cream out there that people are selling, so if you are not careful and buy cheap price then your face taking the consequence. I hope people will only buy from authorizer dealer Amira Magic cream. You will see the different. I hope you guy will fine my opinion helpful.

Have a great day!

One thing to keep in mind about magic cream is that it contains hydroquinone. So if you don't have a problem with that, then it should be okay since hydroquinone is proven to work. There are studies that show the rebound effects of HQ so take that into consideration.

Here is a page that lists the ingredients of amira magic cream with HQ listed:

Not only that, dermatologists don't usually recommend because of its adverse effects. A friend who sells this told me that you can use it on your underarms, but to use it on your face is a big no-no!

Hi there,

I ask my distributor in Philippines which is where this item came from, so it point less asking a California because this item is made from Philippines they did say the only Active Ingredients:
Melawhite & Chamomile
Natural milk extract, sun block, full spectrum UVA, UVB and SPF 15.
Ascorbic Acid, Jojoba Oil and Fragrance. I hope this help.

If you want my two cents. Seems like the cali person is more honest since its in the USA and they have legal obligations to disclose the real ingredients. The people selling it from Philippines might be hiding the fact that it has HQ because there is no agency (like the FDA) there to enforce products like this.

bella05
Sep 17, 2005, 02:42 AM
Hindude,

Lately the FDA found and banned lots of products here in the usa ( specially in small stores in New york) lightening products containing high percentage of mercury and hydroquinone.
I don't know how to post a link or article ( no kidding, I have no idea from informatik ). But just Google mercury and you will see what I am talking about.
What I want to say is, there are LOTS of illegal creams ( not manufactured here ) here in the usa coming from overseas in the beauty stores, that doesn't disclose the real ingredients.
How a NATURAL cream can lighten the skin in less than 1 week? NO natural stuff can do that.

I tried their products and ordered enough to get the wholesale discount twice over, I brought into the slurm big time!

The combination of lotion and soap over time dried out my skin, then I started to get weird dark patches? (looked like carpet burns and they scabbed over once I stopped using it, in fact to get better I had to get allot worse, I would never recommend using godiva to anyone)

The deodorant made my armpits sore and didn't provide much in the way of odour protection either...

I'm not sure whether makari works or not, but someone told me they were using hydroquinone based creams mixed with the makari to get results, others said the makari had no effect on them whilst others still said once they stopped using it they darkened quick-time

For their prices (makari) I'd expect them to be superb/fantastic - I'm not convinced by makari despite everyone on the "other" forum raving about it... they sound possessed  :p

As I have mentioned on my other post, I have tried the product that Kazumi was selling and got good result. But since we are in the subject of skin whitening, have anyone heard of G Cream? I noticed that there's some Filipinoes at this forum. G cream is the skin whitening that Giselle Sanchez ( a celebrity in the Philippines) have endorsed and now selling. She's selling it for P400.00 per 10 gms. Since I live outside of the Philippines, she requires that I buy 10 units, plus sign a waiver, and remit payment via wire transfer. I thought it's too much hassle so did not buy it. If you live in the Philippines and want to give it a shot, send me a private message and your email and I will forward you the email that she sent me which has all the information and number to call. Or, if you're not comfortable giving me your email, perhaps you want to visit her official website and send her a comment about her whitening cream. The URL is http://www.gisellesanchez.com. ;)

The real color of magic cream is dirty white or cream. Kind of yellowish too. If it's light, that's not the real deal. I even saw ones in white! I've been using magic cream, and I've had no bad experience from it. It's really good. My underarms have lightended up. And keeps me protected from the sun, well I do mix it up with skin white (SPF 5)

The only reason you see a lot of praise for these magic creams is they've got hundreds of distributors that only have these forums and friends as a means to advertise. Many of those that keep hyping it are the ones that are selling it. Airline stewardesses used to sell it picking it up from the mideast and selling it back to their hometown. Lots of controversy has arose on whether the ingredients are all disclosed. Only recently have we been finding out many contained hydroquinone. When in the past they stated it was all natural. Many of the distributors are competing with the other distributors saying one magic cream is safer than the other. Who knows who or what to believe?

Dimples, you may be interested to know that I just recently took the cream to work (I am an anesthesiologist at a hospital in Australia) and I asked a favour of the microbiology department to take a look at it. They did inform me, as I think we all already Know, it does not contain any chemical or natural skin lightening elements but it does seem to possess some good skin moisturisation agents. It also appears not to contain any highly dangerous chemicals although they did say that that there were some ingredients that could not be indentified.

See what you get? You have to be precised, mercury could give you tons of results, it could be a mineral, a planet, a vehicle or what have you. If you are trying to create a stir and warn the public regarding illegal lightening products, details... details and correct details? How could you come up with these informations without the complete details. Small stores in New York, what kind of stores, chinese stores, arabic stores? You even mentioned FDA, do you even know what it stands for?
Ai yay... yay!

About 5 years ago, when I was facing those huge skin problems, I started to use all sorts of products. My sister, knowing what my biggest problem was, bought me from Europe Gerovital Plant, a product line only with natural ingredients, as she knew I am allergic to anything else.
Here's what she bought me, and I want to tell you that I'm still using it:

Yeah and if you contact these people about the mercury content they will not answer your question... people do not ruin your and your family live by using these products and they sell on Ebay like hot cakes... lol to be honest with you... It will never be investigated because a MINORITY! Of people are using the products... if it was a GREATER/Wider (whiter) population... of course it would be investigated... relations with the entire host country would be jeopardized... and it would be on the new and everything... "(
How far we have come... People please pass your information on on other ways of treating skin conditions... Just be safe... From my girlfriend I heard lemon juice works... and it does to clear uneven pigment and brighten complex... use this and sunblock and it gives more permanent fx than this mercury cream anyway... Amira... who in the he%% is that anyway... and trust me... As long as Americans have been working on melenin inhibiting drugs... Why would this be an old Arabic and Persian formula that's so secretive and mystifying... its nothing but age old mercury... the same stuff that would make a mice delirious and that has been linked to cancer in coal miners... ppl what are we doing here... clean your system with anti oxidants right away and curse out the people you bought this crap from... because I can assure you... they do not use these products! Amira magic cream worked for me too. I probably used it for 3 months , but not everyday. I used it on my under arms, but because it caused me to sweat excessively, I decided to stop. I was using the amira magic cream for two years but I noticed that my skin in not as smooth as when I started to use it. I was actually happy with it at first because it was really good. But not long I also noticed a lot of black heads and I use the product this long because every time I want to stop it and use a new cream I always notice rashes on my face that's why I use it again because I thought that the new cream was causing it. Then two weeks ago I decided to really stop it for good and that's when my face get really dry and very, very, very itchy and it wrinkled my skin like old skin. I went to see my doctor and told me not to use it on my skin because it has a lot of ingredients to use it on the face or even on the skin. That's why I search for this product in the internet to find out a site where I can warn everyone not to use this product. My aunt also used this product for quite some time maybe two years as well and stopped it one month ago and I've learned that she also experienced the same thing. It was a blessing cause she found a cream to cure it. Now her face has cleared up and I'm also using the cream she's using now and it seems that my face is getting better but my skin is still dry and still itchy.

This is what their reply is..

Hello,

The original Amira Magic Skin Whitening Cream does not contain
Hydroquinone, mercury or any dangerous chemicals. Our products are
Tested by independent laboratories on a regular basis and certified not
To contain dangerous chemicals and metals. Additionally it is BFAD
Approved.

Lately it has been dermatologically tested and endorsed as safe for
Human use. Unlike products having prohibited chemicals like hydroquinone,
Mercury and dangerous metals, the Amira cream does not exfoliate the skin
But it is absorbed to work its wonders.

We caution though that among all skin whitening products in the market,
Amira Magic Skin Whitening Cream has the most counterfeit issues by
Unscrupulous persons. We receive numerous complaints from use of the
Fake products. So we advise customers to buy only the original from
Watsons, Puregold, South star Drug, PCX, Unimart, HBC, Amira Kiosks in
Selected SM SuperMalls or directly from our office in 48 West
Avenue,Quezon City.

It is expected that competitors will claim otherwise as a marketing
Strategy. We understand it as part of the business we are in. We see
That all the claims that you have for now from alleged users are hearsay
Matters. There is a different forum to thresh out the truthfulness of
Such claims which is the court. Because any valid claim is made by
Identifiable individuals not from those hiding behind pen names.

The genuine product is available in the market for you to try and prove
For yourself sans marketing claims. Then again, the Bureau of Food and
Drugs will not allow dangerous products to stay in the market this long.
The secret of the product's efficacy lies in the formulation which is
Protected in the records of the BFAD.

Respectfully.

AMIRA PHARMA INC.

Hi there,

Amira Magic Cream Skin Whitening really work, because I purchase this item in August and I have been breaking out really badly that I got shy out and would not go to public where people are. I'm really passion about this item and it kinda sad that you would say some negative about this item.

Amira magic cream worked for me too. I probably used it for 3 months , but not everyday. I used it on my under arms, but because it caused me to sweat excessively, I decided to stop. Been off it for more than a year now, my underarms aren't as dark as before i used amira. I'm Filipino by the way :)

Amira Magic Cream is EFFECTIVE. The problem with some buyers is that they realize that magic creams from Philippines are specially made FOR ASIAN skin.

Of course, this WILL NOT WORK with WESTERN skin.

MAKARI works and fast! It lightened me up 3 shades in like 3 weeks. It must contain something in it. Its great! They took ages sending it to me though. I live in the u.k and the shipping was well expensive and it took 3 weeks to arrive! Im going to try looking on eBay next!

About three weeks ago, I purchased whitening products from eBay claiming that these are the same products used by regine, claudine, etc. I have small problem with melasma and insect bites. ( check my eBay profile and see what I have pruchased). After using the products for four days, my skin started to peel badly, leaving me bad dark spots on the face and arms. My skin got worse than before. The problem got so bad that I was left with acne-like scars on my face, cheeks and forehead, and my arms.

I have to request days off because I got so self conscious on how I look. My kids were so worried about my face that every time I clean my face they are checking what I am doing. I was clsoe to going to a doctor to get help, but was too scared to explain how I got into this mess. Out of desperation, I surf the net, and saw Amira magic cream. (I knew about this product when I was in KSA, and know other RN's using it and have good results. I am glad that they are selling this in the US that I decided to try this cream before scheduling to see a dermatologist.

The second day of use, I saw marked improvement. The dark spots are significantly lighter, and the old skin that made my face look ashen after using the "celebrity" product started peeling off nicely and smoothly. I wash my face and I see small areas that were peeling off (it doesn't really look or feel like real peeling), but not even making my skin irrtiated or red. And above all, my skin feels smoother, plumper and hydrated.

I still have traces of the "scars" and dark spots on my face, but I saw significant change that I can go out just using baby powder and no make up. I tried this on my hand too and the following day, I noticed the dryness and the small lines were gone, yes, I can say it is somewhat magic...

I am not a reseller or get compensation for writing this, but I thought I would share my experience. As an RN, I do advise that you all recognize that every skin type is different, and start everythign in moderation or the smallest amount.

The URL is Giselle Sanchez| Standup Comedienne, Host, Entertainer, Singer, Actress (http://www.gisellesanchez.com). ;)

Hi jonany.. where can I buy the g cream?can u give me contact numbers?thanks

Oh man,It is very sad to hear it.I know what you are going through.I have experienced it.
DO NOT GET PANIC.

Just do this.Use the most suitable cleanser like Purpose skin wash or any other very very mild cleanser.

Do apply any cream.

Amira is totally a crap

And remember DO NOT USE ANY ASIAN OR FOREIGN PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT COME FROM A RELIABLE SOURCE LIKE Clean&Clear,Neutrogena,Murad.

visit these sites and shop for lightening products.
