At first my fan stopped working on my central air and heat unit.My compressor kept running outside when the switch was on auto or on.I changed the thermostat the compressor kept running ,but the fan would not come on inside the house.This morning the fan came on inside the house but the compressor stopped working outside.The new thermostat is a honeywell RTH110B.I wired the thermostat letter to the color.My central air and heat unit is a Ruud. It has a honeywell control on it.It has a gas heater.My wires are red,green,whute,and, yellow.

When you changed the thermostat did you wire the new thermostat the same and is the new thermostat a digital?

The new thermostat is a digital. I hope I wired it right. Not sure

If we check it maybe its something simple, if you will tell me what type of system ,gas furnace or heat pump? And how the thermostat is wired we might be able to figure it out.
