I've got a self assemble PC, which was running smoothly but can't connect to internet. After I have move it to another house, and I can no longer boot it. This is what happened every time I press the power button, the PC would be running( judging from the sound) for about 4 seconds, but before anything appears on the screen, the computer has already shut down itself( complete silience ).
