I am 10 dpo and just feeling all over bad. I had a couple of days (8-9 dpo) that I cramped and spotted. My bbt are still high though. My breasts have been somewhat sore and I have noticed raised Montgomery's glands lately. Does this sound like I could be pregnant?

It sounds like it could be pregnancy, however the only way you can really tell is if you miss a period. After your missed period, wait about 2 weeks and take an HPT, using your first morning urine. Or, another option is to see your doctor for a blood test. :)
