Our ac unit is around 4 yrs. Old we have been cleaning it we wcleaned the coils we clean filter every30 .days and the water is still leaking when it shuts itself off my husband blew it out and checked the pan help:( :( :(

Is the coil on top of the furnace or is it an air handler ? Does it drain the water when it runs? Is there a trap on the drain ? Where does the water come out at?
