Hello guys, I feel so stupid right now but I was sitting on the computer and I was VERY bored so I sprayed some compressed air (the kind you use to clean computers out with) into a plastic gatorade bottle and I smelled it a couple of times to see if it had a smell. Then common sense kicked in and I started to panic. I checked on the back and it says MAY BE FATAL IF SMELLED. I only inhaled a couple of times but I could smell it. I swear my intentions were not to get high, I simply wasn't paying attention. Should I go to the hospital?

You could maybe contact your local poison control center as see what they say... a few smells shouldn't be any harm however if you develop any feeling of getting sick have someone take you to the ER don't drive yourself

If you didn't stick the straw in your nose or mouth and spray, you are fine.

This is not meant to scare you.

You can generally only experience adverse effects if you inhale it at greater than atmospheric pressure. It is a 79% nitrogen, 18% Oxygen, and the rest is a "propellant" that can be toxic if "huffed". That means, unless you did more than smell it, you are going to be fine.

Now, don't do it again!
