Here is a long story short...

Met a girl going through a separation - we hit it off - she moved her stuff into one side of a duplex I own July 2006 - but lived with my on my side for over a year and a half... She had an unsigned lease for $600 - but only paid a total of $800 the first few months since she was going through her divorce and had no money... no problem at the time since we were dating.

In April this year the girl flipped out - drinking and prescription pills - tried to kill herself twice I had to call 911. First time police took her away for Drunk in Public - second time she was admitted to hospital for evaluation.

After all that I told her she could not stay with me - to live on the other side until her DIP court date was over then she was to move back to WA state to her sisters. Anyway she pushed back her court date a month - it has been over ten days and she has not moved...

What / How can I be rid of her the easiest?? Any and all info would be a great help!!

Sounds like the girl is a crazy, I would try and use reverse psychology on her. Make her want to move, distance yourself and make her annoyed. If that doesn't do it I would go to the authorities. Good Luck.

I have kind of tried that - even talked/worked out a plan with her family in WA state. She was suppose to go there to live with her sister after her court date - but she got it pushed back a month - it was on the 18th of July - so it has been over ten days and no news of her moving... I am at my wits end and do not know what to do...
