My newborn (6 weeks) recently broke out in a red bumpy rash ONLY on her face. She was slightly congested (very little sneezy and coughing). Someone suggested it might be an allergy to our cat. Can anyone tell me if they have experienced a cat allergy and a small infant and what the signs might be? I might want to add that we have been staying with my parents for the past week and her rash has ALMOST completely gone away.

I can't tell you about an infant, but this is the EXACT reaction I get when I am around cats.

Sounds like it can be baby acne. Just to be sure contact your pediatrician
