What is more effective in industrial application.. the HRG (high resistant grounding) system or the low resistant grounding system?

The issue is not effectiveness.
Where do you come up with these questions?
If the facility is housing a critical operation, HRG may be considered, as if there is a fault, the fault can be detected with indicators, and not cause the opertion to shut down due to a fuse or breaker opening.
An LRG system will cause a protection device to open immediately in the event of a ground fault and shut down the circuit.
