Well my boyfriend has a rash on his genitals and he told me that it doesn't burn nor does it itch. There is no pus, it's just a pink/red rash on his genital area. Also it doesn't bother him to pee. So I was wondering what it could posibly be. Is it a STD or something? Or is it just something little?:confused: Just please help me??

No one can really tell you what the rash is . He would have to go to a Dr. or clinic. It may just be a heat rash or it could be an std. Well, it could be anything, syphilis, psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, genital herpes... he needs to seek advice from his health care provider right away. For now, it should be treated as an STI until you know his exact diagnosis.
