I last had my period on July 1st. It only lasted about 5-6 days. I had unprotected sex on the 15th and on the 16th. My breasts became sore a day or so after.that usually doesn't happen. My breasts almost every time get sore a week or less away from my period. And its about 5 more days away. I should get it on the 31st or the 1st of August. They are still sore and have gotten a little worse. I am bloated and I was having a little bit of back pain and I'm a little moody. What should I do.

It sounds like pure PMS to me.

Your sore breasts are caused by the extra hormones in your body getting ready to gear up for your period. Bloated, back pain and moodiness sound like PMS.

Now on the other hand, when you have sex (protected or not) there is always the possibility of pregnancy. From here it is just a waiting game.

If you do not get your period, take an HPT. Make sure you use your first morning urine as it is the most accurate. Good luck :)
