As for not getting wet enough, just use some lubrication. If you continue to have sex with not enough moisture, you will get sore in your vaginal area.

As far as the orgasm part, are you not having an orgasm through intercourse, or clitoral stimulation? There are lots of women that only get off on clitoral stimulation. One way to help is have him give you oral before you have intercourse, this will increase the sensitivity of your clitoris.
