Hi, I'm renovating a condo in an old buidling, and would like to move a toilet drain about 6 inches. How difficult is this to do (ie how expensive?)

Well, that depends on a number of factors;
The type of material already in place i.e.. Cast iron, Plastic, Copper, etc...
How the existing framing is constructed.
And if the floor is concrete, coring or jackhammering may be required.

Once more Growler's bang on. You can't even give a ballpark estimate without being there to see what you have to work with. If you can get to the underside you may be able to 45 the toilet stubup over 6 inches. Good luck, Tom
