I just wanted to know if the response card goes inside the return stamped envelope when it is sent with the wedding invitation? Or do they go in separately? Thanks for your help.

They go in the return stamped envelope

I remember being "instructed" to put the response card on top of the stamped return envelope, not inside. That way the recipient can see the card when they open the invitation. But I would say as long as you make sure all the components are there you're set! :)
