I Want To Say They Do Make A Paint For This, Its In A Spray, And You May Be Able To Find It At Lowe's Or Homedepot. Its For Reglazing

No. Start by meticulously cleaning it. No paint will stick to soap scum or lime. Then sand the gloss off. You can then apply any good oil base paint or better yet an epoxy.
