To deal without a love one is hard and nobody should go through it, but to heal and persevere through it is the greatest strength of man.
Take time to spend with friends. Have fun watch movies on YouTube or something. Like anime? Or video games? they kill time mad easy. Console games especially. Go out have fun eat new foods try new things. Whenever you think of your loved one say to yourself.. You don't want to dwell on the past but prepare for the future. Tell your loved one you're there for her and can wait if she's confused. Give her space to deal with things. Spend time with friends go out have fun enjoy yourself.

Accept that there is nothing for you to do about how others feel and look to get a life of your own without her. You must find your own happiness in life and move on. I already know how hard that is we have all been there, so be willing to do the work it takes so you won't drown in your own emotional shat. Focus on you and no one else. You being healthy is all that counts.
