Hi

I want to be able to do some background checks for criminal history, outstanding warrants and even information that may be false.

Since some services offer permanent memberships for $35 with money back grantee 90 days. but I also need to do checks on EU citizens and this is harder.

My question is, are these online services any good, and if so which one?

Thanks

If you are ordering checks for recruiting purposes you should consider conducting manual retrieval by court researchers in Europe. The pricing will vary by country, but will be more effective than instant searches. This is a service we provide with no set up fees.

While I can't recommend a GOOD one, I can tell you NOT to use Intellius. Google "Intelius scam" and you will find that they run a double-billing scam and have been for several years. You order a background check and pay for it - no problem - and several weeks later, you'll begin to see charges to a company called "24PRO" or "24PROTECT". They will continue to bill you until you cut them off at the knees and get a new bank account/debit card/etc. Take heed, and good luck!
