Does anyone have any experience in judgment recovery business? I am considering starting this as a home-based business.
Thanks

Yes, you need to spend many hours at the ecourt, researching records of judgment that have not been collected. Than contract the plaintiff and work out a deal to collect the judgment for them for a percentage, or buy it from them. You can advertise in the papers or interent that you collect judgments.

Yes, you will basically be a most hated person by everyone you are collecting money from.
In general what happens, if people go to court, and one person gets a judgement against the other, normal people who have the money just pay, but many people just don't have the money, or just don't want to pay.
So you will have to as noted, basically do everything legally possible to collect that money from people who will not want to pay you. If you can find out where they are working, you work with the court to get a garnishment, you try to find their bank accounts so you can garnish or attach their bank accounts.
You will need to be tough, since you will be threatened, cursed at, and people will lie to you. So it is a tough job.
