I am truly stressed out and depressed... Can anyone give me direction or suggestions as to what my options are with a pending eviction... how many days do I have after the Sheriff post a notice?

Well, you posted this yesterday, so you have already lost a day findng out from the proper authorities.

If this the notice for the court hearing, or is this the move out notice,
The notice should have a date on it.

At least here you have 7 days after the final notice to move or they come and sit your stuff to the curb.
