I just recently purchased a honeywell programmable thermostat rth7000 series. I hooked it up according to directions and it blows heat out of cool and nothing else. I cannot get to the function details on the thermostat to reprogram in the right unit. How to I do this with this thermostat? I have removed the batteries, reset the circuit breaker and it still shows the memory and will not allow me to reprogram the thermostat.

Installed to replace non-programed.I wired according to schamatic unit blows heat instead of cool setting temp at 75 and ambient at 85.
Allowed unit to run 15 minutes,unit obviously blowing heat
