Hello I recently had my hair permanently dyed for the first time at the hair dressers it did not turn out the way I hoped. It's a browny redy shade and I really don't like it isit possible to get my hair back to its origonal colour? I was reading about Loreal colour sap would this return my hair to its original colour? Or would it remove my natural colour. What wold be the best solution if any to try and return my natural hair colour.

Please help. Thanks

You should consider going back to the salon and have them fix your hair. Explain to the salon manager that you're not happy with the results, and they will do a corrective color. Hair color removal products will not return your hair to it's original color. When you use hair color removal products, you will end up with orange or beige undertones and you will need to re-color your hair. If you want your original color back, it's best to get it profesionally done by a hairstylist.

Thank you for your help I did return to the hair dressers and complained and I asked them to dye it back to my brown colour however the outcome was even worse my hair is still a gingery colour at the roots and purple colour. It is terrible I don't know what to do now and don't think I could return to the hair dressers for a second time, also I don't think I would want to in case they did an even worse job. I really don't know what to do is there anything I could do to fade the colour like prell as I see you have mentioned in other messages or is this just for semi-permanent dyes or should I leave it a week and try to dye it myself or go to a different hair dressers once I've saved up a bit of money and try again.
Also is it possible to go to the hair dressers and ask them to remove the artificial colour or would this be the same result as you mentioned before?

Thank you very much for your time and paitence it is very much appreciated!
