Thanks for any, and all help

The situation is:

My fiancés brother has been seeing this girl for 3 months +. They immeadeatly got engaged, and want to get married asap. - Mind you this was all the girls manipulation.- anyhow, I was wondering, she has been here past 90 days- Does she have to go back home yet? She's from cananda- also, she's trying to rush and get her U.S. citizenship, is which I'm figuring is why she's with him, maybe to get it more quick? How soon can she get this? Also, she has no family over here, no U.S parents, nothing. Just her. Sorry- that seemed a little confusing-
Questions are:

*Its past 90 days does she have to go back yet? Or can she be in trouble for being here for so long?

* will her getting married help here get citizenship faster?

*or her having the guys baby make her get citizen ship so she can live here?

* Is there any loop holes that she can get through to get this?

* how long will it take for her to obtain U.S citizenship?

Thanks so much, I desperatly need to know this info.

A Canadian citizen can stay in the US for 6 months without a visa, not 90 days.

Well getting married will allow her to get citizenship, she can't get it any other way, unless she is on a work visa or something. Also yes if she has his kid she can't be deported, she won't get citizenship if she has his kid without getting married but they won't separate a minor US citizen (the child) from its mother (her).

If they get married and have all the documents required and the money (about $2000.00 USD) then she can get permanent residence within a few months (after having permanent residence for a few years she will be a citizen). She most likely will have to leave the country and re-enter "officially" once the documents go through.

Basically if this guy is deciding he's OK with being used so she can become a citizen then it would be hard to stop it. She has the right to be there up to 6 months as I said before and no one can stop them from getting married, once married she does have the right to apply for permanent residence.

You don't seem to like her, what's she done?
