How do I lose 50 pounds in 2 months. I don't want to be called "the fat girl" at school anymore. So someone please help me find a deit or something to help me lose weigh please..

hello mate,

right firstly do not attempt to lose 50 pounds in 2 months. If you do manage it it is too much too fast. You will make yourself ill and you will not keep it off without making yourself ill.

start slowly, limit your portions when eating, not so there is nothing on a plate but reduce the amount at each meal.

eat three meals a day, breakfast is very important. Do not eat or snack after 1800Hrs as your body struggles to filter through the night.

reduce your calorie intake, look at labels on food for the values try to stick at under 1800 a day to begin.

use sweeteners instead of sugar. Drink at least two litres of water a day. Try not to drink fizzy drinks and if you do make it sugar free.

try to walk around more or cycle, then when you feel ready gentle jogging. Get a heart rate monitor and do fat burning exercise and not anaerobic ( a local gym or doctor can advise on these)

a combination of small changes will make a massive difference that is noticeable and in a small space of time.

try this for a while then give me a shout back and we can then talk about the fitness side and toning up your body.
