I have a Philips CDRW 462/463/464 external USB drive.I lost my installation disk, drivers and my laptop computer running on Windows ME had to be reformated. CDRW drive is not recognized by the computer and it's not working. Please let me know where I can get the drivers for this drive and how to make it work. Thanks.

Have you checked their website? ( phillips.com I'm guessing) they usually have them there. Just search for your porduct+ the word driver or something like that. If they aren't there, do a Google search. If still not there, you could driverguide.com, but you will have to register. Not sure if they will be there because they mostly have old drivers.
