Hi all.
I need an answer for this question/s please:
I was on the birth control pill for approx 5 years. I left the pill in February 2007. Right after I left the pill my period was 5 weeks late, but when it started it fell into a 28day cycle. I knew exactly when I ovulated (could see the egg white mucus as well) and I knew when my period would start, and it did. I had my last period on May 22, and I knew I would ovulate around June 5-6. well, I only started ovulating on June 8-9 and I thought that my period would be delayed by this and that I would start on June 22/23. (I should have started on June 19th, if my ovulation was on time). It is the 25th today, and I don’t have any period yet, but I have felt period like cramps from the 21st. I don’t think there is a possibility that I can be pregnant, since the only time we made love that fell in the ovulation period was on the 6th of May (ovulated on the 8th), but I got my period after that on the 22nd (it was only 3 days and very light)… I don’t think I am pregnant since I took a test earlier and it was negative. Can anyone please tell me what causes late ovulation (if it was the pill) and if it is normal for my cycle to be mixed up after 4 months off the pill. Thank you…
