Can anyone recommend some colleges/universities with good nursing programs that are in the South? I'm mostly looking for schools in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or Alabama.. maybe even Tennessee. Thank you!

I am in a very good nursing program in Tennessee. It is through a small community college but has a very low student/teacher ratio, which is highly recommended. The University of Tennessee and Memphis State University are very good schools also, although they have a higher student/teacher ratio.

Mine is 12 students to 1 clinical instructor where the major universities are 50 - 100 students per clinical instructor. Our pass/fail ratio is rather high though as it is a very hard school to get in and stay in.
