I had two judgements before I filed for Bankruptcy and there still on the credit report. I would like to remove them. Do I get certified BK papers from BK court and then do what?
A Credit Card and business vendor were the plantiffs. FLA

Also can they keep high balance and amount on Credit Report. TRW and EXPERIAN has them Equifax has every thing zeroed out, incidentally they are my high score

Thanks, Bob

You may not get them removed, instead they may be marked dismissed due to bankruptcy.

Just write to the credit bureaus requesting the entries be corrected.

I wrote them a letter, told them the high balance was wrong please delete. Waiting on response. I should have told them to look at my BK and you would see it was included please correct which I will do on THE NEXT LETTER but I will call BK court and see what they say. I will let you know

The only thing you can get removed is incorrect or expired information. If its incorrect you can get it corrected. The fact of the judgements are correct so the best you can hope for is to have them noteated as discharged by bankruptcy. I doubt that will do anything to improve your credit rating.
