I just don't know what to do anymore.. All I ever have worried about is my weight and yes, I do know that sounds like more of a body image problem yet I try and watch what I eat yet for some reason lately I can't find my way.. I was planning on trying to lose up to 20 lbs over the three month summer, and I find myself not hungry during the day and then eating late at night... Its like I feel like I have to eat when I come home at night even if I am not hungry.. I need some motivation I really need to prove it to myself and I also want to prove to everyone else that I am successful at weight loss and a getting a in shape body!!

The first piece of advice I have is to eat a good breakfast every morning, whole grain bread, cereal, fruit, yogurt something to fill you and keep your metabolism busy. Not eating during the day, not good, you should really stop eating a few hours before you go to bed. You are special and if your even a few pounds overweight and not happy you have to decide to make up your mind. Decide what you want to do with those extra pounds, You need ambition and desire! Don't view food or dieting as your enemy. Imagine yourself how you want to look, for instance in clothes. Plan ahead what your going to eat, for the next day. Your motivation was losing weight for/during the summer months. Try writing down the reason, benefits for losing weight, then read these reasons, think about each one, let it sink into your head. Write the 5 most important reasons for losing weight and read them every day! Smaller portions of healthy foods, will help you a lot, 3 oz of lean meat, with every meal, you need protein. 2-3 serving of low fat or skim dairy, a serving is 1 cup skim or low fat milk, 1 1/2 oz of skim or partially skim, low fat (hard brick) cheese. 1 cup yogurt. 3-5 serving of veggies, 1/2 cup leafy veggies, 1/2 cup cooked or raw veggies, 2-4 serving of fruit, a meduim size fresh fruit. Whole grains, wheat, breads, pasta, rice and cereals. Nuts or seeds, 1/3 cup is one serving. 1/2 cup beans, or 1 egg. Think about portion sizes, read nutritional labels and stick to the one serving size and you will lose weight, along with exercise, walk try going for a mile, jog, bike, resistance training, swimming, aerobics, 30-60 minutes worth, 4-5 times a week! If you can rethink your motivations and work hard and pretty soon it'll be a natural thing for you!
