I have a bungalow in Chicago with low water pressure. I've changed the plumbing inside the house and still have the same problem.
I read a comment on low volume of water as oppose to low pressure.
The other homes on my block seem to have great pressure. The lawm sprinklers are nice and high while mine is low.
How difficult is it to replace the line from the house to the street valve (and cost) or can my problem be the actual valve in my park way.
Looking for an affordable fix.

The best bet is to call the water authority and see if they will investigate the problem for you.
If the pressure is good at your neighbours and you have a similar set up your should be the same.
Check to make sure you have copper pipe coming into the house.
Make sure the valve is open all the way.
If you can give me the size of the pipe, the static pressure and the length of run from the main I can tell you how much water you should be getting.
