As long as the user can access the IP address of the PC the computer is connected to, they should be able to share it. Just install the printer as a local printer but assign it to a TCP/IP port with the IP address of the computer.

Many many many thanks for that speedy replay.this is the first time in my life I'm asking something on the internet.your immediate response is now like a birthday surprise for me..
Thanks once again mr.Scott
I have a USR5641 printserver.. we can connect the USB printer to that and configure
The printers sharing in a new mobile PC as http://192.168.2.1:1631/Printers/My_printer
I have a Hp 1020 as my printer which is not working... as I did lot of searchfinall one blog was there mentioning that HP1020 is a host bast printer it needs the computer and it's circuits to do the job..
So as in your advise since it is connected to one Local permanent PC.. all I need to do is assign a IP address and path for it.. so that a mobile user can use it... with I giivning it's address.
When the printing request cmes will it process that in the local mechine which it is connected and print...
Kindly requesting your advise

You have to designate the locally attached printer as a shared resource on the PC its attached to. File And Print sharing needs to be on on all machines. But once you do that, if you identify the printer as being connected to a TCP/IP port (rather than LPT1) with the IP of the computer its attached to, then it should print on that printer. If the PC is set to obtain its IP automatically, you might want to change that.
