Does anyone know how I can share a normal printer as it can be accessible to any computer in network.. but all the computers are not under one work group.. or one a client server arch...

Do we have any softwares that anyone can just plugged into the network can use the printer...

Not print servers I mean... most of the printers does not work...

Any other solutions how I can... share the printer with new users(externaluser) also to access and printer

As long as the user can access the IP address of the PC the computer is connected to, they should be able to share it. Just install the printer as a local printer but assign it to a TCP/IP port with the IP address of the computer.

I have a Hp 1020 as my printer which is not working... as I did lot of searchfinall one blog was there mentioning that HP1020 is a host bast printer it needs the computer and it's circuits to do the job..

So as in your advise since it is connected to one Local permanent PC.. all I need to do is assign a IP address and path for it.. so that a mobile user can use it... with I giivning it's address.

When the printing request cmes will it process that in the local mechine which it is connected and print...

You have to designate the locally attached printer as a shared resource on the PC its attached to. File And Print sharing needs to be on on all machines. But once you do that, if you identify the printer as being connected to a TCP/IP port (rather than LPT1) with the IP of the computer its attached to, then it should print on that printer. If the PC is set to obtain its IP automatically, you might want to change that.
