I need help. I have this old B&S motor and it run if I put gas straight into the spark plug and air filter but will run for 3 seconds then die. Anyone help me?:confused:

Whens the last time the spark plug was changed?

Just put a new one in

What kind of b&s is it is it a 3.5 or bigger

Did you clean the carb jets and check the float

It sounds like its not getting gas from the bowl if the needle and float is stuck closed or the jets are plugged
