Can lack of sex cause pain in the scrotum
Can lack of sex cause pain in a man's testicles? I have been use to frequent sex (with the same woman) but, have now been without for 2months and feel a dull constant pain in my testicles. Is this normal?

    Hello j:

I don't know. I never went that long without an ejaculation. I think you need one of those.

Are you masturbating on a regular basis?

If this is something new, I would get checked out by a doctor. It could be a number of things, possibly even an STD, such as gonorrhea or chlamydia.

There are several factors that go into answering your question. What is normal for one person may not be normal for another due to differences in age, health, etc.

If you are concerned, your doctor would be the best person to give you advice based on your medical history and the tests that he/she has available.

Do you masturbate or do you have religious/cultural restrictions on self gratification?

There is no pain from "not having sex" there is pain from many infections and more

This is a myth. Lack of sex or too much sex does not cause pain. If there is pain than there is an underlying issue going on.
