How to get my husband on my daughter's birth certificate?
I recently got married and my husband wants to adopt my daughter. What if there is no father on her birth certificate? Can we just add his name on her birth certificate under her father?

    Someone help me please.

No, you can not just "add" his name unless he is really the bio father.

You have to contact the bio father and get him to sign over his rights to allow the new husband to adopt.

Normally if they have no interest, when they learn they no longer have to pay child support they are willing to sign.

Sure - you can just add his name. And then be found guilty of a felony (at least in FL) for perjury.

So I would recommend getting it done the right way - which is a court proceeding for adoption where the biological father's rights are handled properly.

Just because you listed no one on the birth certificate does not mean the child does not have a father.
