    Drug withdrawal, but crack in particular, is best handled under medical supervision of an addiction medicine specialist. The problems that can arise are simply too many and varied. See Withdrawal.

    In relation to crack, there is no specific medication used. It is a matter of addressing the observed symptoms of each patient.

    Availability to low or no cost treatment varies by region. See Treatment

    I am not personally familiar with any natural substance claimed to relieve craving for crack.
