Hello, I am a 22 year white male who is 6 ft 1 195 pounds. I have a hair follicle test coming up on the 24th of June. I have not smoked since April 25th and also smoked April 11th. I only did a few hits each time. Those were the only two times I smoked during the 90 day detection period. I am a very infrequent smoker and wondering what the chances are that I will pass the test. I am pretty nervous but have read some things from doctors saying as long as you only have smoked 3 times or less in the 90 period that you should be fine. Also, I read that 1-2 times per month will typically pass as well. I am hoping for any feedback. Thanks again and I will never smoke again.

A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample, cut at the scalp line, will go back 90 days. Since you are an infrequent user my best professional guess is that you will be negative. By the way height and weight don't make any difference in a hair drug test.

You should be okay guy. Unless your infrequent use was a big fat super blunt. Not smoking is the way to go though, eases the mind,and doesn't set you up for taking a chance. Not worth the aggravation and stress. Seen many who smoked and passed and got complacent.
