Do Guys Care About Chest Size?
    I'm fourteen

And though I'm not sexually active, I still worry about guy's opinions, just for the sake that knowing can help me be more comfortable with myself.

I was wondering what is expected for chest size at my age, and is size hugely important to most guys?:o :o

This is such an embarrassing question!

    I'm assuming you are female.

    Don't worry about guys.

Yourself worth should come from within: your character, integrity, intelligence, kindness, humility, sense of humor, beliefs/ values. A special guy will value these more than looks.

Most guys around your age are only after one thing. ;)

First of all, nothing is "expected" as far as chest size. As far as guys noticing boobs, it really varies from guy to guy. I think what is more attractive than chest size is a great personality.

At your age, your body is still developing and changing. Try not to worry about things like chest size. Personally, I had very small breasts at first, but now they are bigger. They seemed to grow a little more when I was in my late teens. If I could go back and change one thing, it would be to go back and not worry about them as much as I did.

It is true that lots of guys your age will be after the "one thing". :)

If the guy only looks at chest size, he's shallow anyway. You want a guy who will like you for personality, intellect, honesty, moral values, etc, not just chest size. So don't worry about it, hon. What matters most is that you love yourself.

I know a wonderful lady who had to have a breast removed because of cancer. Her husband supported her every step of the way, and tells her that she is just as beautiful as the day he married her. He loves her for who she is, not her breasts. That is the kind of guy you want.

I always worried about my thighs and how big or small they were.

Forty years later I have asked guys I knew back then what mattered regarding girls' looks. The guys said they were worried about how they looked to the girls, and thought most of the girls were too pretty to bother with them.

I guess we were all too caught up in ourselves and worried too much about how we looked. Just be a fun and interesting person and a good listener. Then you will have no problem attracting guys.

There is in America some false idea of size, and women get all sorts of implants, but then on the other hand, others have thiers made smaller.
A very close friend of mine, had hers reduced by over 1/2 I would say last year.

So some guys look at this body part, some guys another, and to many, it does not really matter that much

Let me answer as a guy. Do guys "notice" girls breasts and mentally think about size and shape and cleavage. Of course.

Do guys "care" about it being big enough? No, they don't "care". Guys realize that all the breasts they're looking at they'll never get first-hand knowledge of (sorry for the pun), so they just enjoy the view.

It's a totally harmless truth. It has no real effect on you personally other than what you add into it yourself in the way of fretting about it.

What the others above have stated is true, but wasn't what you asked. So I reiterate. YES they notice, but harmlessly so. None of them worth thinking about make any decisions about the girls based on the view.

The few that do... thank God they're not for you.

Yes, some guys to like a women's chest, no, not all guys do, every guy has a certain thing he looks for when he "checks out" a girl. Things like, rear-end, legs, feet, hair, smile, arms, body shape etc... so just be happy with what you look like, there will be countless amout of guys that will like you for you/what you look like.

There are all different types of girls and all different types of guys. What one may find attractive in the opposite sex isn't true for someone else. Be comfy with what you look like.. not all guys are chest guys.

Think it from a guys point of view... not all guys have really broad shoulders, a lot of girls find that "really attractive" some girls could care less they have a thing for eyes.

Its different for everyone. Small chest, big chest, somewhere in the middle, guys will always find something amazingly attractive about you, no matter what.

Don't worry too much about it.:)

Some like them, some don't, some are in between... just like every other physical attribute from eye color to hair length. Don't lose sleep over it ;-) Honestly, personality will trump all those other things... look how hot my wife is and then look at me... case and point :-)

Im a guy, and I'm 15, and personally, I don't care if a girl is flat chested or not. There is so much in girls that others don't see, like personality, fitness etc... sure, people will say things if you are flat chested, but majority of the time, guys say it to impress other guys (in a weird mate kind of way).

To the ones that it really matters to are more or less just seeing you as a sex object, and not for who you really are. To me it doesn't really matter.

When I was 14 I didn't have any breasts, lol. Some boys are mean and immature. When I was about 14 I went to the mall with a group of friends. We went in a gag store and a guy picked up a bottle of breast enhancement pills and told me I needed them. Needless to say, it really hurt my feeling, but I got over, grew some, and I'm perfectly happy.

The point to this is, like many people have said, all guys like breasts (of course), but when you one day find a great guy, he will like you for you, and your breast size won't matter. Love what you have and don't compare yourself to other girls your age.

There isn't a "normal" at your age. Different people grow at different rates. When I was 14my mom told me not to worry about not having the biggest breasts, because if you have big breasts at 14, chances are they are going to get saggy anyway =P.

I hope this helped! Never give in to the pressures the media places on girls having big breasts! You'll be happier if you don't! =)

As a girl with quite a large chest I do see that guys look at my chest more than my friends but then all the guys I've actually been out with have been absolute tw*ts who wanted one thing and my friends relationship have lasted a lot longer and have been happier. So guys do notice your chest but the guys who actually care about how big they are are usually not worth the time of day whereas the ones who don't are much better. Personally I think you're lucky if you have a small chest then you can actually have a conversation with a guy face to face not face to chest. Be happy with who you are.
