Monter au beurre is to slowly add butter to a warm sauce to thicken it and add flavor.

Hey greasemonkey-You have always helped me get my vehicles up and running but didn't realize you could help me with my cooking needs. I have been alone now for about 3 years and I'm starving to death. Got any good easy receipts? Lol. Just kidding.
