Apples fill me up. Try adding more apples to your diet. Drink water when you feel like snacking-it will fill you up. Drink water and cut out any other kind of drink for at least a month or two. Don't eat anything after 7:30 at the latest. 6:30 would be even better. You will be hungry in the morning and that is a good thing. Black coffee-no sugar or cream will help boost your metabolism. If you can get an eliptical-I highly recommend it. I looove mine and it has really helped me get back into shape after the baby. Just stick to it-if you stick to it long enough-you will get used to it and it will be so easy-you'll start to choose the good stuff over the bad because it makes you feel so much better.

This is an awesome book: You, On A Diet
I found my copy at a local book store.
It's a great way to learn how to change your cooking methods.
It provides great information about dieting and converting to a healthier lifestyle.
It's just really a great book.

It's hard but the results are what you have to focus on, as long as your eating correctly, serving/portion sizes are most important, read nutritional labels and stick to what they say, Eating fruits, veggies, and leaner meats will also help. Full grain products, like wheat breads, pasta, cereals... East low fat cheese, yogurt and milk, no soda, or presweetened drinks and lots of water. Cut out all processed foods, fast foods, salty or sugar snacks. And exercise make it part of a regular routine 3-4 times a week, all body workout like jogging, walking, aerobics, biking, resistance/weight training all this worked together will help!
