    Hi everyone, Need some advice on which financial ratio to use for the following situ
    Hi everyone,


    Need some advice on which financial ratio to use for the following situation:


    "A large company is embarking on building a new international quality conference centre.

    This conference centre will be an integral component of the company and its revenue. Select 3-5 key ratios that the company will be monitoring to ensure return on investment and that the marketing of the facility is effective."

    I always like the Economic Value Added as a KPI
    Return on Investment (Capital) is another
    As there is likely to be high gearing, times interest earned
    Occupancy is an effective measure of marketing
