My wife is getting pain in the walls of vagina while we involve in intercourse (due to no lubricant), is because her vagina is not ejecting any kind of liquid during that time. Is there any jell that she can use so that we can involve in proper intercourse? We tried using hair oil but it was creating itching sensation in her vagina after some time so we stopped it.

Is this a temporary issue?

Have you sat down and discussed what she is thinking about and needing or have the two of you decided to treat the symptom without looking for the cause?

How old is your wife? How long has this been a problem? Has she been to the doctor to make certain she is healthy and to find out why she is 'dry'? Is she going through menopause? Does she get 'wet' at other times?

Are you spending enough time on proper arousal (arousal for a female begins long before clothing comes off) or are you both expecting her to be 'ready' when you are? Is she mentally wanting sex? Is she comfortable and stimulated by what you are trying now or does she need something else?

Being frustrated, stressed, distracted, etc. can cause her mind to shy away from wanting sex. When that happens her body follows and doesn't produce lubrication.

What kind of birth control are you using? If you are using condoms, make certain any gel you use is safe for condoms. Oil based gels can break down latex condoms and reduce their effectiveness.

KY and other 'sex' gels do not cause the vagina to 'generate liquid'. They replace or are in addition to the natural lubrication.

And PLEASE don't insert substances which are not intended for vaginal use into her vagina.

Hair gel? Which undoubtedly contains alcohol? And she itches? No surprise there.

I think when he said hair oil he means a oil product for hair, an moroccan oil or argan oil. These are a moisture treatment more than a hair gel. So it isn't so much a alcohol treatment. I use hair oils for my hair because it is long and I live in a dryer climate.

I likewise have long hair and use hair oils - I just don't think it's a good idea to insert anything into "your" vagina unless it's a product specifically for that purpose.

I don't have a dryness issue, but I have used lubricants for other purposes (won't go there on this thread, just use your imagination). I have a reaction to most lubricants on the market, made specifically for vaginal purposes.

So, when I do use a lubricant, I now use vaseline. I've never had an issue with vaseline (petroleum jelly), never had a reaction. With other lubricants I usually end up with an infection.

Just a suggestion.

Just becareful with Vaseline, or other petroleum based lubricants, they will degrade the latex that is used in condoms thus reducing their effectiveness. Keep that in mind if you're using condoms because accidents cause people.

So true, and I forgot to mention that, only because hubby is snipped, so birth control is no longer necessary. My bad.
