It would help if you explained the full story. I'm guessing here that someone hit your wife's van and the police report indicated it was his fault. You took the car to a body shop that he chose, but you still feel the car has problems.

Did you go back to the shop and ask them about the front end problems?

First, you positively need to call your insurance company if you haven't already. Let them go after his insurance company for the damage he caused. Don't ger rushed into a deal with the other guy that closes out your ability to get your vehicle fixed properly in just 10 days. You may feel you're doing the guy a favor by not reporting it, but you are likely to come out on the short end of this deal.

    Van wreck
Yea it was his fault but we just have paperwork that has his information and his information the officer said he can't to do police report cause it was on privite proporty he choose to towed it to a paint and body shop and I got the van back and I could only go 65mph in the van cause all the wobble and vabration so I took it back to them and he said he would fix it when I got it back it drove like nothing was wrong but if the toe out it will go straight down the road but eat up your tires so I took it to a firestone shop and got 4 brand new tires cause they were on sale will they put it on a aglinment machine for me for free but to put it inaglin I have to pay I have the print out of the alglinment. And picture of the van before and after so I feel like I be missed around on this deal so can I go at his insurance on this and win to get it fix the right way

Last time I brought 4 new tires the Firestone dealer did a free wheel alignment. Ask them.

Where? I'm an investigator. I investigate private property accidents with Police Reports on a fairly regular basis.
