    How to know my case status in nvc
    Uscis has noticed that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN on july26,2010 and sent to the nvc.

    On sep17,2010 nvc sent a letter containing visa numbers are not presently available.
    My preferance category - F3
    Foreign state chargeability - Nepal

    Case number also created

    Priority date is 12jul,2007

    So how long we have to be watied to be current.

    Our same date other approved pettion for F1 famely preferace has beed current its been one month , her priority date was also same 12jul,2007
    Please for help.

    It's easy and fast live or recorded information about you case.
    For live operator Monday to Friday 7:00am to midnight 12:00am

    Do I need to send this choices of address and agent to nvc if expired is 12/31/2006 what I supposed to do I already pay the processing fee

    I sponsored for my daughter on March 03,2009 but why it takes too long for my daughter to get a visa?

    I feel for my stepson in June 23, 2006 ,I am a US citizen and my son was approved long ago and he is waiting for a visa two years ago. I called NVC and I was said that he is still on waiting list for a list. They encourage me to see the visa bulletin. unfortunately, I do not understand the immigration language.
    Please give me some clarification.
