Any major interactions between Celexa 40 mg and Zofran?
I have been on Celexa 40 mg for my panic disorder for 7 years now. I am now 6 weeks pregnant and already very sick. My OB/GYN prescribed Zofran for the nausea. I'd like to take this, as my panic attacks go into full effect every time I vomit. Are there any major interactions with the two?

Did you ask your doctor this question? Also, check with your pharmacist.

My pharmacist said to "use at my own discretion", which made me even more nervous. I am waiting for my PCP to call me with her opinion. I wish I could get through this pregnancy without taking anything at all, but my panic is too severe.

As a labor and delivery nurse I can assure you this is a very common combination used in pregnancy.

That's so good to hear! Although I feel guilty for having to take any medication while pregnant, this definitely lifts some of my anxiety. Thanks so much. Hoping my PCP will give me the green light as well. : )
