    Im a felon and I applied for a passport 6weeks ago an I paid for it to be rushed. And I haven't received it yet. What could be going on

    Don't know. But, unless you're a wanted man, the delay probably has NOTHING to do with status as a felon.. A passport is nothing more than ID.
