Yes you do sound pregnant. I took a pregnancy class last semester so I'm fresh on the subject lol you need to take a pregnancy test the corre t way. Read directions cause some are different. Some birth control pills can allow you to get pregnant accidentally and not kill the baby, some will kill the baby. When you say you took a pill do you mean the morning after pill?

Plan B, or the morning after pill, can throw off your schedule, and the way you feel.

As for your advice on the pill. No birth control pill kills the baby. A birth control pill prevents ovulation, which in turn prevents pregnancy. No, it's not 100% accurate, but it doesn't kill the baby, it prevents the baby from being in the first place.
