    Forgot lic policy number
    Dear sirs
    I am g.R.Naidu farmar h.o Edara sarojini. SHE IS WORKING AS VDO VINUKONDA BRABCH/
    In Narasaraopet branch we have taken a joint policy by 1986 payment through gove zp salary scheem.
    Now I want to know whether the policy is continung or not .If so what is the policy number ,Is there any record kept in your office.
    I need my xerox certificates which submitted at that movement
    If it is posible please send me the deTAILS

    I forgot my LIC policy number, could you please help me or tell me the way as to how can I recover the same by using my personal details like Full Name, DOB, Address , etc...
